Production of large-sized polymer exterior parts for Belgee vehicles has been established in Russia. They will be manufactured in the Kaluga Region.
Production was launched jointly by MGC Group, the Polyplastic Group, and Sibur. This was reported by the publication “Prime” with reference to “RIA Novosti”.
– During the creation process, the specialists of “Polyplastic” solved a non-trivial problem: the materials had to be developed in such a way that, while maintaining all the necessary properties, the finished parts would fit perfectly with the components of the car produced by other manufacturers, taking into account possible color metamerism, – the report notes. – In the next few years, the share of Russian plastics in the cars of the Belarusian automaker may reach more than 70%.
