Today at 9:00 a.m. in Novopolotsk, a Toyota driver was driving along Blokhin Street and hit a girl born in 2007. She was crossing the street at an unregulated pedestrian crossing.
According to the Vitebsk Region State Traffic Inspectorate, the driver failed to yield to the pedestrian. The moment of the accident can be seen on the recording. There you can see that the girl did not immediately fall onto the road, but for some time, while the driver was braking, she was still on the hood of the car.
As a result of the accident, the pedestrian received bodily injuries and was taken to the hospital.
