AvtoVAZ has once again unveiled the new LADA Azimut crossover, which, as was recently announced, will go into serial production in mid-2026. The prototype of the model was shown at a conference of the company’s suppliers, which was held with the participation of representatives of the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the government of the Samara region.

Official images of such The Volga Automobile Plant didn't distribute the Azimut, but it was already publicly shown at the concern's Open Day in Tolyatti, which took place in July of this year. At the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF) and official AvtoVAZ images, another fully functional prototype was unveiled to the public – with a light yellow sand exterior and a black and orange interior.

As a reminder, the LADA Azimut crossover is built on its own, albeit heavily redesigned, LADA Vesta platform. As stated by AvtoVAZ, almost a thousand original units and parts (996 new and improved components) were created for it, including body panels, lighting equipment and interior elements, as well as a new rear suspension.
