Traffic police officers stopped a 16-year-old schoolboy who was riding an electric scooter along the roadway of Zheleznodorozhnaya Street.
The teenager was caught on camera – you can see how he is moving in the flow of cars along the roadway.
Administrative materials were drawn up against the boy. They were transferred to the commission on minors, which will give a legal assessment of his actions.
