The budget sedan Belgee, assembled in Belarus, has received updated equipment in Russia. What has changed, and how much does it cost?
The Belgee brand has updated and improved the trim levels of the S50 sedan in the Russian market. The “mid-range” and “top” versions of the model received new options, while the base “Active” version and the minimum price remained unchanged – 1,899,990 rubles, the company’s press service reported to “Auto News of the Day.”


The basic Active package with a five-speed manual transmission (for 1,899,990 rubles) still includes 15-inch steel wheels with decorative plastic caps, halogen headlights for low and high beams, fabric seat upholstery, an analog instrument panel with a 3.5-inch trip computer screen and a multimedia system with an 8-inch display.

The Active version with a six-speed automatic transmission (for 2,039,990 rubles) offers an extended package of options, which includes single-zone climate control, a keyless entry system, an engine start button, a remote engine start system with a button on the key, electric windows of the front and rear doors with an anti-pinch function and an automatic mode, as well as an electromechanical parking brake with a function of holding the car on place.
To the winter options package, in addition to heated front seats, windshield washer nozzles, side mirrors and steering wheel, an electric heated windshield is now added. At the same time, the equipment retains 16-inch alloy wheels, LED headlights for low and high beam, a multi-wheel with a black leather rim, vanity mirrors in the sun visors and a wide-angle rear view camera.


The model in the maximum configuration “Prestige” / Prestige (for 2,315,990 rubles), in addition to the electric heating of the windshield, now has such a popular option on the Russian market as heating of the rear row of seats.
The rest of the equipment remained the same: 17-inch alloy wheels, electric sunroof with curtain, electric adjustment of the driver’s seat in six directions, LED lighting lamps for second-row passengers, six airbags, electric folding outside rearview mirrors, digital instrument panel with a 12.3-inch screen, a multimedia system with a touch screen of the same size, support for Bluetooth and the function of integrating a smartphone on the iOS platform, six speakers of the audio system and a contactless trunk opening system.
The engine in any configuration is the same – a 1.5-liter naturally aspirated gasoline engine with a capacity of 122 hp and 152 Nm of torque. It can be refueled, including with AI-92 gasoline, and the fuel consumption in the combined cycle is 6.4 liters per 100 kilometers.
As a reminder, the Belgee S50 was among the most affordable foreign cars with a manual transmission on the Russian market. The sedan of the Belarusian brand took second place in this list.
