More than a Land Cruiser: Great Wall has unveiled the new largest SUV Haval
The Chinese auto concern Great Wall Motor has unveiled the official name of the new brutal SUV Haval, previously known under the code name HX. The model will be part of the Haval H off-road family and will be known on the market as the Haval H10.
The model is made in a classic off-road style with square body shapes, a flat black roof with roof rails, a massive hood, short overhangs, overhead door handles, multi-spoke wheel disks and a spare wheel on the rear doors.
A LiDAR sensor is installed on the roof of the car depicted in the official renderings, indicating support for advanced driver assistance systems. The length of the SUV’s body is 5138 mm or 5299 mm depending on the interior configuration (five- or six-seater), the width is 2050 mm, and the height is 1970 mm with a wheelbase of 3000 mm. For comparison, the length of the Toyota Land Cruiser 300 in some versions reaches a maximum of 5005 mm.
The new SUV is built on the proprietary Guiyuan platform, known in the global market as GWM One. It will be equipped with two plug-in hybrid powertrains to choose from. The base version will be a version with an installation based on a 1.5-liter gasoline turbo engine with a capacity of 123 kW (167 hp), and in more expensive versions it will be replaced by a 2.0-liter turbocharged engine with a capacity of 175 kW (238 hp).


A 42.8 kWh lithium-iron-phosphate traction battery will allow you to travel 176 or 180 kilometers on electric traction, depending on the configuration, and the 800-volt architecture will provide support for fast charging from powerful charging stations.
On sale at In the Chinese market, the future largest SUV Haval should arrive towards the end of 2026. Later, it could theoretically officially appear in Russia.
