A new electric crossover Nissan NX8 appeared in Belarus. The five-seater model has a range of up to 650 kilometers, rear-wheel drive, acceleration to 100 km / h in 6.7-7.1 seconds and fast charging. The price of the car starts from 96,900 rubles.
The car is offered in three versions: 580 Pro, 580 Max and 650 Max. However, even the basic version received rich equipment, and the main difference of the higher configuration is a more powerful power plant and a battery with increased capacity.
In terms of its dimensions, the model belongs to the D-class crossovers: the length is 4870 millimeters, the width is 1920, the height is 1680, the wheelbase is 2917. There are five seats in the cabin. The rear trunk volume reaches 773 liters, another 95 liters are provided in the front compartment.
The car does not have a traditional radiator grille, instead, the front part is occupied by a wide LED strip 2.4 meters long. It is complemented by matrix headlights with adaptive high beam and an illuminated Nissan logo.
The model has frameless doors with retractable handles. An OLED panel with 2064 light elements is installed at the rear. In Belarus, Nissan NX8 is offered in several body colors, including metallic blue, black and white.
The 580 Pro version is equipped with an electric motor producing 292 hp with a torque of 310 Nm. It allows you to accelerate to 100 km / h in 7.1 seconds. The 73 kW h battery provides up to 580 kilometers according to the CLTC cycle. Fast charging from 30 to 80% takes about 12 minutes.
The 650 Max version has an increased range of up to 650 km. It uses an 81 kWh battery and a more powerful 340 hp electric motor. Acceleration to 100 km/h takes 6.7 seconds, and the battery can be charged from 30 to 80% in about 10 minutes. Both versions have rear-wheel drive.
In the cabin, in front of the driver is a 10.25-inch instrument panel, and the central part is occupied by a block of two 15.6-inch screens. The multimedia system is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8295P processor and features wireless CarPlay.
Front passengers can enjoy massage, heated, and ventilated seats, as well as a zero-gravity function. There’s plenty of legroom in the rear, and the seatbacks recline up to 133 degrees.
The Momenta suite of driver assistance systems is also included. The car can maintain lane centering, monitor distance, and automatically slow down and accelerate in traffic. Adaptive cruise control works with the Stop & Go function, and the automatic parking system can perform parking maneuvers independently.
The LiDAR, three radars, 11 high-resolution cameras, and 12 ultrasonic sensors are responsible for visibility. There is a 360-degree all-round view with a transparent hood mode (540 degrees). Remote parking is also provided: the driver can get out of the car and control parking via a mobile application.
Safety is ensured by a body made of more than 70% high-strength steel, as well as a complex of electronic systems and more than six airbags.
In the higher trim levels, the Nissan NX8 received additional features for comfort. Among them are a 6.33-liter compressor refrigerator with a temperature range from -6 to +55°C, a 2,000-watt audio system with 25 speakers, and intelligent ventilation that distributes air throughout the cabin without directing the flow directly at passengers.
The price of the car starts at 96,900 rubles. When trading in the car, it will be 2,000 rubles cheaper. Buyers have access to a preferential loan at 1% per month. With a 50% down payment, the car payment will be from 709 rubles per month.
