Today at around 3:30 pm in Mogilev, a 71-year-old Volkswagen driver hit a 13-year-old teenager at a pedestrian crossing.
Mogilev Region State Traffic Inspectorate notes that due to an emergency shutdown, the traffic light was temporarily out of order at the time of the accident.
The boy was taken to the hospital for examination.
