The new Lixiang L8 crossover will be officially sold in Russia: what services will the new product receive
The official distributor of Li Auto in the Russian Federation announced the completion of certification of the new hybrid crossover Li L8 for the Russian market. The car will be supplied to Russia with a fully localized interface and integrated Yandex services, the distributor’s press service told Avtonovosti Dnya.

Li Auto emphasized that the release of the new Li 8 will be the next stage of the update official model range of the brand in Russia. This process began with the premiere of the new flagship crossover L9 Livis, which presented the latest generation of the company’s technologies to Russians.
“Now the brand is preparing to bring another new generation model to the market, expanding the choice of cars with a serial hybrid power plant,” the press service of Li Auto stated.
Thanks to the five-seat layout of the cabin, the new Li L8 will offer increased comfort to second-row passengers and a more spacious trunk, while retaining all the key features of Li Auto models: the possibility of daily use mainly on electric traction, a large total power reserve and a high level of digital equipment.
The new Li L8 will be supplied to Russia in the official specifications developed taking into account the specifics of our market. It includes a fully Russified interface for the multimedia system and the Li Auto mobile application, as well as registration of a master account using an email address.
The crossover’s multimedia system will integrate Yandex services, including navigation, music, and other digital applications. Thus, owners will be able to use familiar Russian services directly through the car interface without the need to install third-party solutions.
Li Auto also noted that the completion of certification was an important stage in preparing the L8 model for the start of sales in Russia. Detailed information on the technical specifications, trim levels, equipment and price of the car will be available soon.
As a reminder, in September, Li Auto presented the new flagship electric crossover Li i9 in China. The question of its official deliveries to Russia is still open, but it is already known that this is the most aerodynamic serial SUV in the world, with a spacious six-seater interior and the ability to accelerate to 100 km/h in 4.9 seconds.
Previously, the Russian distributor Li Auto opened pre-orders for the new generation of the flagship crossover Li L9 in the Livis version. The global version of the model was adapted for the Russian market, adding a Russian-language application and Yandex services.
