Belgee will begin sales in the Russian Federation of a new version of the X50 crossover with a naturally aspirated engine and automatic transmission
The Belarusian brand Belgee is preparing to start sales in Russia of a new version of the popular compact crossover X50, equipped with a naturally aspirated engine and a classic automatic transmission. The company’s press service reported this to Avtonovosti Dnya on Tuesday.

Belgee is confident that such a car will be in demand among Russians due to its attractive price-quality ratio. You can already make a preliminary request for it on the brand’s official website, choosing a convenient dealer to pick up the car.
As specified by the company, the new version of the Belgee X50 will be equipped with a proven operation in Russia four-cylinder naturally aspirated engine with a volume of 1.5 liters, which is similar to the one installed on the Belgee S50 city sedan. It develops 122 hp and 152 Nm of torque, available in the range from 4000 to 5000 rpm.
This engine works in conjunction with a classic 6-speed automatic transmission, which ensures highly smooth shifting and fuel efficiency. Fuel consumption with such a powertrain combination in the combined cycle is only 7 liters per 100 km.
The dimensions of the Belgee X50 have not changed with the advent of the new version: the length, width and height are still 4330, 1800 and 1609 mm, respectively, with a wheelbase of 2600 mm. The useful volume of the trunk is 330 liters.
The functional equipment of the new version of Belgee X50 in Russia and the price will be disclosed later.
As a reminder, in March the Belgee brand began sales in Russia of the compact crossover X50+, which turned out to be cheaper than comparable versions of the previous X50. This model has effectively become the brand’s new entry-level SUV on the Russian market.
In July, the Belarusian-Chinese joint venture BelGee celebrated another production milestone: the 200,000th Belgee rolled off the assembly line. The milestone vehicle was the compact urban crossover Belgee X50+ in the Prestige trim level and metallic blue color.
