Tested by the frosts of Yakutia: the flagship JAC pickup received new “winter” options for Russia
The JAC company will soon bring to the Russian market a new version of the flagship JAC T9 pickup – “Urban+”. It is based on the Urban package with a multi-link suspension and received an extended package of “warm” options for operation in the cold season.

As reported to “Auto News of the Day” in the press service of JAC, in the new The Urban+ version includes heated windshield, steering wheel, rear seats, and windshield washer nozzles. It is also equipped with AT (All-Terrain) tires, designed for driving on asphalt and light off-road.
The JAC T9 in the new Urban+ version has retained the key advantages of the Urban trim: all-wheel drive, frame construction, high cross-country ability, and multi-link rear suspension, which improves ride comfort on the highway and in the city.
At the same time, the off-road potential of the model allows for confident driving beyond the asphalt. The pickup truck is suitable for daily trips, travel and business tasks, including cargo transportation and trailer towing.
As a reminder, all other versions of the JAC T9 are also equipped with a basic set of winter options. In addition, the model’s readiness for harsh winter has been confirmed by successful tests in Yakutia at extremely low temperatures, as well as by completing the entire route of the longest winter race in the world, the Expedition-TROPHY 2025.
