In Brest, a drunk 38-year-old man attacked a parked taxi and tried to force the driver out. He was unable to complete the attack because the driver was wearing a seat belt, according to the Brest Regional Executive Committee Department of Internal Affairs.
When the taxi driver tried to drive away, the man kicked the car several times, damaging the front and back doors. After that, he went into a nearby store, where he was detained by police. The detainee was unable to clearly explain the motives for his actions.
