This afternoon, a 58-year-old Volvo driver was leaving an adjacent area and, while turning left at the intersection of Mikhail Ptashuk and Prushinskikh Streets, hit a woman at a pedestrian crossing.
According to preliminary information from the Minsk State Traffic Inspectorate, the Volvo driver failed to give way to a woman who was crossing the road at a green light.
