Localized Kia Seltos from the Kaliningrad-based Avtotor plant are no longer sold in Russia. They have been replaced by Chinese-assembled crossovers—slightly roomier than the older models thanks to a 2-cm-longer wheelbase. Prices start at 1,622,000 rubles .
For comparison, the Korean brand KGM sells its most affordable crossover, the Tivoli , for at least 3,250,000 rubles , even after a 350,000-ruble discount. A Tenet T4 assembled in Kaluga (a copy of Chery Tiggo 4) costs from 2,039,000 rubles, and Jaecoo J6 – from 2,290,000 rubles.
