The all-new flagship hybrid sedan VOYAH PASSION L has been unveiled in China. The model features increased dimensions, an updated design, and an expanded range of modern technologies.
The new model is 37 mm longer, 15 mm wider, and 17 mm higher than the standard PASSION. In addition to its impressive dimensions, the new-generation sedan boasts an exclusive and dynamic appearance.
The radiator grille with vertical slats echoes the brand’s signature logo, reminiscent of a bird with outstretched wings. The highly raised front end emphasizes the car’s solidity, while the sloping rear end and smooth side profile with hidden door handles give VOYAH PASSION L a dynamic character. Exclusive 20-inch galvanized wheels with the brand logo enhance the impression of power and respectability.
The interior of the sedan embodies modern luxury. The use of natural wood veneer emphasizes the elegance of the finish, and the wavy cut of the seat upholstery gives the interior uniqueness and aesthetic expressiveness. The dashboard has become more laconic: now it contains only two displays – a combination of instruments and a multimedia system, which improves the ergonomics of the driver’s workplace.
The power plant of VOYAH PASSION L consists of two electric motors with a capacity of 204 and 313 hp and a 1.5-liter turbo engine with 150 hp. Built on an 800-volt architecture, the sedan boasts low fuel consumption on the combined cycle and can travel up to 328 km on electric power alone (WLTP cycle). Excellent maneuverability is ensured by a rotating rear axle – a technology already used on the DREAM+ minivan and the flagship SUV VOYAH TAISHAN.
The intelligent driving system, developed jointly with Huawei, supports advanced autopilot for driving on high-speed highways and uses dozens of sensors, including a lidar located above the windshield.
The new VOYAH PASSION L is currently only available in the Chinese market. The current version, the hybrid VOYAH PASSION EVR, will continue to be sold in Russia. It is assembled at the country’s first electric and hybrid vehicle plant in the Lipetsk region. Localized production allows the model to be included in government-subsidized car loan and leasing programs, offering customers a discount of up to 35%, up to a maximum of 925,000 rubles. Thus, with a recommended retail price of 5,590,000 rubles, you can purchase VOYAH PASSION EVR for 4,665,000 rubles.
