JAC Motors has begun accepting pre-orders for the new-generation JAC RF8 flagship minivan. Full trim levels and pricing will be announced later, the brand’s press service reported.
The vehicle is equipped with a 2.0-liter turbocharged gasoline engine producing 252 hp and 400 Nm of torque, which is paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission.
The JAC RF8 is positioned as a premium family minivan. The interior features seats with ventilation, heating and massage functions, a media system with a unique artistic interface, an audio system with 12 speakers and ambient lighting with a choice of 64 colors.
The third-row seats can be moved longitudinally by 240 mm, due to which the trunk volume varies from 700 to 2,500 liters.
Among the electronic assistants are a 540° all-round view system with a “transparent chassis” function, a traffic jam assistant, road sign recognition and a warning about opening the doors when other road users are approaching.
