Bugatti unveiled the new exclusive W16-powered Brouillard hypercar

Bugatti has built a new exclusive W16-powered hypercar as part of its Solitaire program. This is the Bugatti Brouillard, which looks like a coupe-like version of the Bugatti W16 Mistral roadster, with a carbon fiber body borrowed from the Bugatti Chiron.

The Bugatti Brouillard is powered by the same 8.0-liter quad-turbocharged W16 engine as the now-discontinued Bugatti Chiron. This power plant produces an impressive 1,578 “horses”.

The new hypercar was created in a single copy by order of the Dutch entrepreneur Michel Perridon, the owner of the world’s largest private collection of Bugatti. It will be shown to the public at the upcoming Monterey Car Week exhibition, which will be held from August 11 to 13 in California.

At first glance, the Bugatti Brouillard looks like a coupe-like brother of the Bugatti W16 Mistral, but in fact, almost every detail of this car is custom-made. From the front, it stands out with a relief bumper with a horseshoe-shaped radiator grille, original optics and air intakes on the wings. The bodywork features carbon fiber trim that contrasts with the bright green body color.

  • Earlier, experts from Avtoteka (Avito project) gave readers of AvtoNovosti Dnya several recommendations on how to choose the right retro car. For example, as an investment, they recommended paying attention to one Bugatti model.
