Mercedes showed the capabilities of the drift mode of the most powerful A-Class
The Mercedes-AMG division released another video with the 400-horsepower hatchback Mercedes-AMG A45 of the new generation, showing its capabilities in drift mode. Judging by the video and camouflage, the new product continues to undergo road tests on the track in Papenburg, Germany.
According to rumors, the hot hatch will be equipped with a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine with a capacity of more than 400 horsepower, paired with an 8-speed robotic transmission. The new model will receive all-wheel drive by default.
Recall that in October, the 306-horsepower Mercedes-AMG A35 hatchback with a similar gasoline turbocharged four-cylinder and all-wheel drive debuted at the Paris Motor Show. In this configuration, the car accelerates to 100 km/h in 4.7 seconds, reaching speeds of up to 250 km/h.
