Lithuanian carriers arrived at the Benyakoni checkpoint in two trucks. According to the State Customs Committee, during the inspection of the vehicles, Grodno customs officers were concerned about the liquid poured into the tanks under the guise of fuel. The officers decided to conduct an examination.
The examination confirmed that the liquid was industrial oil. A total of 650 liters of liquid were illegally imported in two trucks. The trucks, along with two tractor units, have been seized pending a court decision. The total estimated value of the seized items was approximately 435,000 rubles.
