The new KGM Musso pickup truck has been unveiled: the new model has been photographed.

South Korean automaker KGM has released the first photos of its new Musso pickup truck, which will replace the popular Rexton Sports. The company is banking on an updated design and modern technological solutions, intending to compete with segment leaders such as the Ford Ranger and Toyota Hilux. Expectations for the model are high, given the popularity of its predecessor, including the Russian market.

The Musso’s exterior immediately attracts attention with a massive radiator grille and an impressive bumper. The designers emphasized the vehicle’s off-road character: protective elements have been installed on the body and wheel arches, and a roll bar is included in the cargo compartment. Robust sills and additional details indicate the vehicle’s readiness for difficult operating conditions. For fans of urban aesthetics, the Grand Style package is available, giving the pickup a more solid and respectable appearance.

The Musso’s interior can accommodate five passengers thanks to a double cabin, which has become the standard for modern pickups. Technical specifications are still being kept under wraps, but the exterior design hints at the presence of modern safety and comfort systems. Last September, KGM unveiled a teaser of a model called the Q300—it was this model that formed the basis for the production Musso.

The design of the new pickup truck borrows elements from several well-known models: the shape of the headlights is reminiscent of the Ford F-150, and the radiator grille alludes to Jeep, although the Korean pickup received additional lighting. Overall, the Musso echoes the electric version of the Musso EV, revealed in the winter of 2025. This approach demonstrates KGM’s commitment to following global trends and offering customers modern solutions.

In the Russian market, KGM remains one of the few foreign brands (excluding Chinese ones) that officially sells cars with a warranty and service. The company’s model range already includes the Tivoli, Korando, Torres and Rexton crossovers.
