National charging station network operator Malanka announced an increase in tariffs for electric vehicle charging services from March 10. The price increase is noted to be synchronized with the scheduled revision of electricity prices.

New tariffs from March 10:

  • alternating current (AC) charging: RUB 0.55/kWh;
  • direct current (DC) charging: RUB 0.73/kWh.

At the same time, the cost of charging station reservation services and penalties for connector downtime after the end of the session remain unchanged.

— According to the Declaration on the level of tariffs, approved by the order of the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade of the Republic of Belarus No. 40 dated February 26, 2026, the cost of electricity supplied by the State Production Association Belenergo for the needs of charging stations increased by 12.9%, and for super-fast charging stations — by 17.4%, — notes Malanka. — In an effort to maintain a balance between the interests of users and ensure the stable operation of the infrastructure, the Malanka network minimized the impact of external factors: the operator’s tariff growth will amount to an average of 12.2–12.3%, which is lower than the rate of electricity tariffs for charging stations.

Simultaneously with the tariff changes, Malanka is launching the “Night Benefit” promotion: from March 10 to April 10, a special preferential tariff will be introduced at some fast stations of the network for sessions starting between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Cost: 0.45 rubles/kWh. The current list of stations (DC) participating in the promotion will be available in real time in the Malanka new mobile app.
