In the afternoon, at the intersection of Nezavisimosti Avenue and Volgogradskaya Street, an accident occurred due to banal inattention on the road. A 20-year-old driver of an Audi was driving along Volgogradskaya Street and decided to turn left. According to the capital’s traffic police, the young man failed to give way to an oncoming Skoda and literally rammed it.
