Not everyone in Borisov remembered the last evening of the outgoing year for its festive mood. On Ibarruri Street, an ordinary domestic quarrel escalated into a real New Year’s incident with broken dishes and damaged cars.
At about 10 p.m., a man born in 1990 contacted the police and reported that two parked cars, a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter and a Nissan Almera, had been damaged in the yard of his house. The cars’ windshields were broken.
Law enforcement officials discovered that a local resident, born in 1983, was involved in the incident. After a conflict with her partner, the woman, in a fit of emotion, began throwing kitchen utensils out the window. All of it landed on cars parked in the yard.
A glass coffee jar was also found at the scene – presumably one of the items that damaged the cars. An investigation is currently underway into the incident.
