The GAC GS4 crossover, often called the Chinese analogue of the Toyota RAV4, has become cheaper in Russia thanks to a direct discount of 150,000 rubles. According to the publication “Auto News of the Day”, the promotion applies to cars produced in 2024 and 2025. After applying the discount, the cost of the model in the GB configuration is 2.7 million rubles for both versions.
The car is equipped with a 1.5-liter turbocharged engine with a capacity of 170 hp and a torque of 250 Nm, which works together with a seven-speed robotic gearbox with two “wet” clutches. So far, only front-wheel drive is offered, but the release of an all-wheel drive version is expected in September.
The equipment includes a 7-inch digital instrument panel, multimedia with a 10.1-inch screen and Apple CarPlay support, climate control, a 360-degree camera, rear parking sensors, four USB ports, wireless charging and a “winter package” with heated seats, mirrors and windshield.
GAC GS4 is adapted to Russian conditions: the body has passed 960-hour tests for corrosion resistance according to the NSS960h standard.
