The weather this summer continues to be feverish: sometimes scorching heat, sometimes torrential rains and hail the size of apricots. Frankly speaking, it is not the best time for sunbathing by the shore of a reservoir. But you couldn’t think of a better time to visit a themed event: comfortable temperature without sweltering heat. Motocross in the Gomel region
This year’s motocross season is more extensive than ever. In addition to the stages of the national championship, traditional races are also held regularly. This time, motocross racers will gather in the small town of Vetka in the Gomel region. The working title of the event is “Open Republican Motocross Competition”.
The main action will take place on Saturday and will begin at 12:00 with the official opening of the competition. Motorcycle classes are traditional: children’s (50, 65, 85 cc), amateur (“Beginner”, “Hobby” and “Veteran”) and for professional athletes (EMH 125 and Open). You can read more at the link. Motogymkhana in Minsk
The second stage of the OO “BFMS” Motogymkhana Cup will be held in Minsk on July 19. If this word is unfamiliar to you, then we will explain: a sports time trial in which participants on motorcycles compete for the fastest maneuvering on an asphalt site among artificial obstacles in the form of cones. At the moment, 65 riders have submitted their applications.
In addition to the competition itself, the organizers promise a free test drive of motorcycle equipment from the event partners. Admission is free.

Karting in “Stayki”
This coming weekend, the “Stayki” go-kart track in the village of Prilesye near Minsk will host the 3rd and 4th stages of the Belarusian karting championship. If you think that go-kart racing is purely child’s play at low speeds, then we advise you to watch the video filmed two weeks ago in the same location.
At the moment, there are already 110 names on the list of participants. Traditionally, the best racers from all over the country and guests from Russia will gather. Drift and car exhibition in Logoisk
The culmination of the entire summer drifting season. A combo from the organizers Racingby and Autocult. For the first time, competitions and an exhibition of exclusive cars will be held in one place. You can see how everything went in Logoisk a year ago at the link. And this is how Autocult went.
Traditionally, drifting at the Logoisk ski resort takes place in the height of summer. The final races and awards ceremony take place at night. For the current third stage of the Belarusian championship in the PRO class, they even had to limit the deadline for accepting applications from participants. 33 pilots have already applied, which is a record for such competitions.
Training and qualifying races will be held on Saturday. The final is on Sunday. The complex offers free parking, hot food outlets, and various activities for spectators. Entrance is charged. Tickets can be purchased directly on site and on Ticketpro.
