The tragedy occurred in the village of Pryaliniki, Volozhin District, on December 20 at around 5:40 pm. The Minsk Region State Traffic Inspectorate reported the details of the accident.
A local resident driving an Opel was driving from the village of Padnevichi towards the village of Sudniki and hit a 5-year-old child who, according to the driver, suddenly ran out onto the roadway, the State Traffic Inspectorate reported. The driver and the child’s father took the victim to the hospital, but they were unable to save him.
