Haval has unveiled the updated SUV Dargo crossover in Russia. With the transition to the 2026 model year, it has lost all front-wheel drive versions, receiving an upgraded engine, a redesigned exterior, and expanded multimedia capabilities. The minimum price has already been announced – 3,499,000 rubles.
Updated engine One of the key changes in the Haval Dargo in 2026 was an upgraded 2.0-liter gasoline turbo engine with a higher Euro 6 environmental class: as a result of modifications, its power increased from 192 to 200 hp, and the maximum torque increased from 320 to 380 Nm. All this made it possible to reduce the acceleration time to 100 km / h from 10 to 9 seconds and reduce fuel consumption from 9.2 to 8.8 liters per 100 km.

Updated design
The expansion of the multimedia capabilities of the updated Haval Dargo is realized, first of all, due to the new software. The improved 14.6-inch central display of the media complex features a completely redesigned menu structure, as well as additional services. For the convenience of the driver and passenger, virtual climate control keys are constantly displayed at the bottom of the screen, regardless of what is occupied by the main area of the monitor. Additionally, customizable quick buttons are implemented in the bottom menu of the screen. The user can add up to six of the most frequently used functions for instant access. Another important innovation that will be appreciated by advanced Russians is the appearance in the “multimedia” of the pre-installed Yandex Auto online services platform with access to Yandex Maps, Yandex Music and Yandex Books. They sync via a Yandex ID account and automatically download saved addresses, favorite music playlists and audiobooks, as well as all user-defined settings.
The standard multimedia system includes an integrated VK Video online service for viewing videos on the central display. All settings and history are synced with the user’s account. However, creating one is not necessary: all content is available even without a registered account. For safety reasons, playback is not possible while moving. As part of the expansion of the digital ecosystem, Haval Dargo owners with activated GWM Connection telematics services also have access to remote voice control of vehicle functions using Yandex Station. The new interaction format allows you to control certain functions of the car without leaving your home: you can use your voice to start the engine, activate the heated seats, and also check the status of the car doors and lock them if necessary.
