AvtoVAZ presented another new product at the Open Day in Tolyatti. The new LADA Vesta Sport sports wagon in a restyled body was placed on the site in front of the plant management building.

As for the restyled model, according to the insider Telegram channel “Autopotok”, the main power characteristics have not changed with the update. In particular, under the hood there is the same 145-horsepower naturally aspirated 1.8-liter engine, and as expected, it is paired with a new Chinese six-speed manual transmission, which is already available in the regular LADA Vesta and the new LADA Iskra, which went on sale today.
The acceleration time from 0 to 100 km/h with the updated power unit (with the advent of the Chinese gearbox), according to insiders, has increased from 9.6 to 10 seconds, and the maximum speed has decreased from 193 to 190 km/h.
