From 3.87 million rubles: sales of seven-seater Hyundai Custin minivans have begun in the Russian Federation

Despite the significant expansion of the minivan segment in Russia recently, many would still choose a model from a parallel import. One of these is the Hyundai Custin, which is imported to us from Kazakhstan in small quantities and sold for at least 3,870,000 rubles, according to Auto News of the Day.

For comparison, the JAC RF8, which just launched on the Russian market, even with a special offer for early buyers saving 100,000 rubles, costs significantly more than the Custin—4,700,000 rubles. Prices for another “newcomer,” the localized Sollers SP7 assembled in Yelabuga, start at 4,990,000 rubles, while dealers are asking at least 5,999,999 rubles for the GAC M8, which aspires to be a premium car.

A new Hyundai Custin is being sold by a private seller from Barnaul for 3,870,000 rubles with the possibility of negotiation. According to him, the price includes the recycling fee paid at the commercial rate, and the car itself is presented in the maximum configuration: with a 360-degree camera, electric rear doors and trunk lid, heated and ventilated front seats, two wireless chargers for a smartphone (front and rear) and much more.

In addition, the seller, along with the car, gives as a gift a set of winter tires and several “extras” already installed on it, including “wind deflectors”, mats, tinted windows of the rear hemisphere, a protective mesh for the radiator and alarm.

In other cities the prices are already higher. For example, in Orenburg, a minivan with the same configuration imported from Kazakhstan is sold for 3,950,000 rubles, in Yekaterinburg and Tyumen, new Custins are priced at least at 4,000,000 rubles, in Stavropol – at 4,200,000 rubles, and in St. Petersburg, such a “minivan” is asking 4,670,000 rubles.

The most expensive new Hyundai Custin assembled in Kazakhstan are now sold in Mineralnye Vody and Moscow. Judging by the ads, there is only one car available in both places – in Mineralnye Vody it costs 4,900,000 rubles, and in the capital it is 97 thousand rubles more.
