An online ad for a UAZ Patriot SUV for sale for 5.7 million rubles has appeared on the popular car sales website Avto.ru. The high price is due to the modifications made by its owner.
The vehicle was converted into an armored vehicle by the Russian company Armor Group, located in Nizhny Novgorod. The unique UAZ Patriot is also sold there. The vehicle has received BR4 armor rating, making it capable of withstanding fire from a Kalashnikov assault rifle. Modifications have been made not only to the SUV’s body but also to its engine. The standard ZMZ engine has been replaced with a 3.4-liter 3UZ-FE power unit. This engine was installed in some Toyota and Lexus models and produces 300 horsepower. All modifications have been registered and entered into the vehicle’s title. The car is registered to a legal entity and this is the only owner of this UAZ Patriot.
