The Belarusian manufacturer reminded that the new Belgee X50+ is built on a modern modular platform, which was developed specifically for compact cars (BMA). It has a positive effect on the model’s driving performance in such criteria as controllability and ride smoothness, while at the same time providing a solid reserve of interior space for the segment. Thanks to this architecture, the X50+ has an energy-absorbing body structure made using 66% high-strength steel and 15% hot-formed steel, which has a positive effect on passive safety.
As previously reported, the X50+ crossover received a new engine for the Belgee brand, but already proven in Russian conditions (on the restyled Geely Coolray – ed.) – a 1.5-liter four-cylinder gasoline turbo engine with direct fuel injection, which develops 147 hp and 270 Nm and is combined with a seven-speed “robot” with two “wet” clutches. The drive can only be front.

For greater convenience, passengers in the second row are provided with separate air vents for the ventilation system on the central tunnel, a connector for connecting and charging external devices in addition to a pair of connectors located in the front. Also in the list of basic equipment of the Belgee X50+ for Russia there is single-zone climate control, cruise control, an audio system with six speakers, rear parking sensors, a digital instrument panel on an 8.8-inch screen, a multimedia system with an 8-inch touchscreen with Bluetooth, which, among other things, displays an image from the rear view camera.
