Popular blogger Sahil Karoul published a video of the Samsung S26 Ultra unboxing on his YouTube channel, although the device has not yet been officially announced.
Samsung plans to unveil new smartphones on February 25, with sales expected to start no earlier than March. However, Sahil Karoul reported that he received the flagship of the series long before the release. According to him, the updates are minor compared to the Galaxy S25 line.
The blogger noted that the device has become lighter than the Galaxy S25 Ultra – 215 grams versus 221. He attributed the weight reduction to the use of an aluminum frame instead of titanium. He also demonstrated the Privacy Display feature: when activated, the screen dims when viewed at an angle, enhancing privacy.
According to the author, the smartphone is equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor, which scores around 3.7 million points in benchmarks. The device has LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. The main camera includes four modules: the main 200 MP sensor, an ultra-wide 50 MP sensor, a 50 MP telephoto lens with 5x optical zoom, and an additional 10-megapixel telephoto lens with support for 100x digital zoom.
Sahil Karoul praised the quality of the display and high performance of the device, but emphasized that in general the Samsung S26 Ultra differs little from the previous model.
