On the night of November 16th, at around 2:30 a.m., an accident occurred in the agro-town of Neglyubka, Vetkovsky District. An 18-year-old driver without a license was driving the Opel. According to preliminary information from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, he lost control of the car.
The car drove onto the shoulder of the road and crashed into a tree. The collision tore it into pieces.
