Nissan announced the release of an entirely new model, which will become part of the Japanese brand’s global line of crossovers and SUVs. This is the Tekton crossover, the official premiere of which is scheduled for 2026.

When creating the Nissan Tekton, the brand’s designers drew inspiration from the legendary Nissan Patrol. The similarities with the SUV can be seen in the muscular profile, powerful hood, massive front bumper and characteristic C-shaped headlights.
“The all-new Nissan Tekton is inspired by our legendary Patrol. “It’s designed to break stereotypes and dominate the market, embodying everything modern buyers expect. Impressive, stylish, high-quality, and capable of setting a new standard, it will embody the best qualities of Nissan SUVs,” said Nissan Chief Designer Alfonso Albaisa.
Meanwhile, a reliable and affordable Nissan crossover has returned to Russia, costing less than many of its Chinese counterparts. This is the restyled second-generation Nissan Qashqai, known in China as the Qashqai Glory.
