The weather has taken a dislike to not only Minsk: today, Soligorsk suffered especially from the downpours. Everything is as usual: cars are “floating”, car owners are crying, adding work to the storm drains with their tears.
Local residents are publishing photos and videos of the consequences of the heavy rain in the Soligorsk Telegram channel. They say that the streets that suffered the most are Voskresenskaya and the road near the city dentistry.
Judging by the photo, there are the first “victims”. Someone had to get out of a puddle (which is suitable for boating) with the help of a tow truck.
By the way, speaking of boats… In the comments under today’s post about bad weather, someone posted a video of a guy in a life jacket (apparently so that OSVOD wouldn’t fine him for going out on the water without it) and on a SUP board.
Emergency Situations Ministry specialists have already joined the fight against the elements. It plans to resist until about 16:30 (according to the precipitation map from Yandex).
