Subaru Forester has long established itself as one of the most popular crossovers of the brand. At the end of 2023, the model switched to a new, sixth generation, and already in the spring of 2024, the updated version entered the markets of Japan, the USA and other countries. As reported by the portal njcar.ru, now Forester has appeared in Russia – albeit with some delay. New products of the 2025 model year are already available in car dealerships in Moscow, Novosibirsk, Yekaterinburg and Vladivostok.
We have new cars in stock, and those who wish can pre-order future deliveries.
The appearance of the crossover in the sixth generation has changed quite noticeably: the front and rear parts of the body have been redesigned, the glazing line has been updated, and the dimensions have been slightly increased. These changes have made the interior more spacious and added comfort to passengers.
Versions with 2.5-liter power plants are offered for the Russian market. Two options are available: a classic modification with an atmospheric boxer engine with 183 hp, as well as a hybrid with a total output of 194 hp. (petrol engine paired with an electric motor). The hybrid is economical – fuel consumption does not exceed 7 liters per 100 km.
Both versions are equipped with the Subaru Lineartronic transmission and permanent all-wheel drive – traditional for the brand.
The cost of Forester imported through parallel import can vary significantly. Basic configurations, available to order, start from 4.9 million rubles, and hybrid modifications, already in Russia, are estimated at up to 6.9 million rubles.
