The new Xpeng P7 is a powerful electric fastback, the start of sales of which is scheduled for August this year. Recently, the car was spotted for the first time without camouflage.
One of the features of the electric car is the front scissor doors. By the way, the previous generation P7 also had them. Three trim levels will be available to choose from: the version with one 363 hp motor has standard and “long-range” options, and the all-wheel drive version is equipped with two engines. Maximum power is 586 horsepower. Peak speed is limited to 230 km/h.
On one charge, the P7 can travel up to 820 kilometers according to the CLTC cycle. This applies to the version with a battery capacity of 92.2 kW h. All versions of the car will support fast charging 5C and have an 800-volt architecture. The new product from Xpeng will compete with Xiaomi SU7, Tesla Model 3, BYD Seal. Its price is still unknown.
